摘　　要：牙髓切断术对于保持乳牙牙髓活力,防止乳牙早失,促进恒牙正常萌出并保存乳牙、恒牙压具有重要作用,但现阶段尚无一种牙髓切断方式可达到理想状态。儿童由于年龄较小,乳牙切除时依从度较差,乳牙牙髓切除更为困难,因此需完善乳牙牙髓切断术,获得理想的预后效果。激光作为近年发展而来的新技术,在软组织切割以及局部止血等多个方面均有独特的自身优势。该文综述不同激光切除的具体原理和效果方面,旨在对激光在乳牙牙髓切断术中的应用进展进行分析。Pulpotomy plays an important role in maintaining the vitality of deciduous tooth pulp,preventing premature loss of deciduous teeth,promoting the normal eruption of permanent teeth and preserving deciduous teeth and constant dental pressure.However,at this stage,there is no method of pulp cutting that can achieve the ideal state.Because children are young and have poor compliance during deciduous tooth removal,pulpotomy of deciduous teeth is more difficult,it is necessary to perfect the pulpotomy of deciduous teeth,gain the ideal prognostic effect.As a new technology developed in recent years,laser has its own unique advantages in soft tissue cutting and local hemostasis.This article reviews the specific principles and effects of different laser resections,and aims to analyze the application progress of lasers in deciduous tooth pulpotomy.
