复杂视网膜脱落患者使用硅油治疗的临床有效性研究

摘　　要：目的分析在复杂视网膜脱落治疗过程中应用硅油治疗的临床效果研究。方法选入该院于2019年7月-2020年7月期间进行复杂视网膜脱落治疗的患者70例,以随机数字表法的方式将其分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组进行全氟丙烷(C3F8)治疗,研究组进行硅油治疗,比较两组患者术后的视网膜复位情况、视力情况,以及临床治疗效果。结果研究组患者视网膜复位成功的有33例(94.29%),明显高于对照组患者20例(57.14%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.129,P=0.001);研究组中有62.86%的患者视力得到提升,有34.29%的患者视力保持不变,有2.86%的患者出现视力下降问题,对照组有中有28.57%的患者视力得到提升,有40.00%的患者视力保持不变,有31.43%的患者出现视力下降问题,两组视力提升与视力下降对比,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.430,P=0.001);对照组总有效的患者有23例(65.71%),明显低于研究组33例(94.29%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.928,P=0.002)。结论相较于全氟丙烷(C3F8)治疗而言,硅油治疗对于复杂视网膜脱落治疗更具有稳定性、有效性,能有效促进视网膜成功复位,提高临床效果,促进患者的恢复,值得广泛推广与应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of silicone oil treatment in the treatment of complex retinal detachment.Methods Seventy patients who were enrolled in the hospital for complex retinal detachment treatment from July 2019 to July 2020 were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with perfluoropropane(C3F8)and the study group was treated with silicone oil.The postoperative retinal reattachment,visual acuity,and clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results 33 cases(94.29%)of patients in the study group had successful retinal reattachment,which was significantly higher than 20 cases(57.14%)of patients in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.129,P=0.001);62.86%of the patients in the study group have improved vision,34.29%of the patients have the same vision,and 2.86%of the patients have visual acuity problems,and 28.57%of patients have improved vision,the visual acuity of 40.00%of the patients remained unchanged,and 31.43%of the patients had visual acuity problems in the control group.Compared with visual acuity improvement and visual acuity,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-3.430,P=0.001).There were 23 effective patients in the control group(65.71%),which was significantly lower than the 33 patients in the study group(94.29%),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.928,P=0.002).Conclusion Compared with perfluoropropane(C3F8)treatment,silicone oil treatment is more stable and effective for the treatment of complex retinal detachment.It can effectively promote the successful reattachment of the retina,improve the clinical effect,and promote the recovery of patients.It is worthwhile being widely promoted and applied.
