应用正畸联合口腔修复法治疗先天性牙齿缺失的有效性及对患者咀嚼功能的改善

摘　　要：目的探究在先天性牙齿缺失治疗中应用正畸联合口腔修复法的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月该院治疗的84例先天性牙齿缺失患者为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组(予以口腔修复法治疗)、研究组(予以正畸联合口腔修复法治疗),各42例;观察两组患者的治疗有效性,咀嚼功能、语言功能改善情况,修复满意度。结果经治疗,研究组患者临床有效率明显高于对照组(92.86%>73.81%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.486,P<0.05);研究组患者的咀嚼功能评分为(9.51±0.52)分、语言功能评分为(9.35±0.49)分,低于对照组的(7.22±1.54)分、(7.82±1.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.130、7.489,P<0.05);研究组患者对该次口腔修复的满意程度也明显高于对照组(92.86%>71.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.574,P<0.05)。结论在先天性牙齿缺失的临床治疗中,采取正畸联合口腔修复法治疗具有显著的临床效果,不仅能够有效改善患者的咀嚼功能及语言功能,同时也能促进患者口腔修复满意度的提升,值得推荐。Objective To explore the clinical effects of orthodontic combined oral restoration in congenital teeth deletion treatment.Methods A total of 84 patients with congenital tooth loss treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(treated by oral prosthetics)and a study group(treated by orthodontics combined with oral prosthetics treatment),each with 42 cases.Observed the treatment effectiveness,chewing function,language function improvement,and repair satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The clinical effective rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.86%vs 73.81%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.486,P<0.05);the patients in the study group had a score of(9.51±0.52)points for mastication and a score of(9.35±0.49)points,which were significantly lower than(7.22±1.54)points and(7.82±1.23)points of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=9.130,7.489,P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of oral restoration was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.6%vs 71.43%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.574,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of congenital teeth,the treatment of orthodontic combined oral restoration methods has a significant clinical effect,not only can effectively improve the chewing function and language function of the patient,but also promotes the improvement of the patient's oral restoration satisfaction,with recommendation.
