摘　　要：随着时代的更迭,许多传统工艺面临失传的困境。为了弘扬中华优秀传统文化、坚定文化自信,文章以闽绣为例,运用访谈法与实地调研法,对文化自信视域下非遗传承人的培育进行深入研究,发掘非遗传承人断代现象出现的原因,建立一套完善的非遗传承人培育系统并投入实践,切实解决非遗传承人稀缺问题。With the change of times,many traditional crafts are facing the dilemma of being lost.In order to promote excellent traditional Chinese culture and strengthen cultural confidence,taking Fujian Embroidery as an example,using the methods of interview and field investigation,this paper makes an in-depth research on the cultivation of intangible cultural heritage successors from the perspective of cultural confidence,explores the reasons for the generation division of intangible cultural heritage successors,establishes a perfect cultivation system for intangible cultural heritage successors and puts it into practice,so as to solve the problem of scarcity of intangible cultural heritage successors.
