摘　　要：4GXJ系列便携式电动割胶装备的研发是世界割胶工具的1次变革,该装备突破了电动割胶装置高精度切割深度控制、低损仿形切割、低振作业及高可靠性、多用途广适性切割等4个关键技术。本文概述了该装备的主要技术特点和参数,介绍了拉割、推割、低割线拉割、阴刀割胶、新树开割等多种割胶方式的割胶技术操作要点,阐述了该装备的适宜区域、使用效益等,以期实现低技术要求、低劳动强度,快速、高效割胶,为天然橡胶机械割胶技术的推广和应用提供参考。The research and development of 4GXJ series portable electric tapping equipment is a revolution of tapping tools in the world.The equipment has broken through the four key technologies of electric tapping equipment,including high precision control of tapping depth,low damage with copying tapping,low vibration operation and high reliability,multi-purpose,widely suitable cutting.This paper summarized the main technical characteristics and parameters of the equipment,and introduced the operative points of tapping technique in many tapping ways,including pull tapping,push tapping,pull tapping in low part,upward push tapping,channel marking and first cutting.The suitable regions of this equipment and application benefits were expounded,in order to achieve the result of quickly and efficiently tapping with low technical requirement and low labor intensity.The research provided a reference for the promotion and application of mechanical natural rubber tapping technology.
