摘　　要：针对当前影响高职院校教工党支部建设问题,深入分析影响高职院校教工党支部建设的因素,提出在从严治党的基础上抓好“1+2+3”党建学习平台、探索“1+1+1”党建工作模式、建立专业党小组以及教科研临时党小组和严格规范党员行为等建设举措,重视高职院校教工党支部的建设,打造党建样板党支部,全面提升支部的组织凝聚力和战斗力。In view of the current problems affecting the construction of teaching staff party branches in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the construction of teaching staff party branches in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some construction measures,such as grasping the"1+2+3"party building learning platform,exploring the"1+1+1"party building work mode,establishing professional party groups and temporary teaching and Research Party groups,and strictly regulating the behavior of Party members The construction of the Labor Party branch should build a model Party branch,and comprehensively enhance the organizational cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party branch.
