基于“1+X”证书制度试点的高职纺织专业“岗课赛证”融通人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘　　要：高职院校纺织专业人才培养方案,应深度融合“1+X”职业技能等级证书标准、纺织企业岗位技能标准等,并在专业核心课程中融入标准内容,构建“岗课赛证”融通的课程体系,创新实施“岗课赛证”融通新人才培养模式,加强实训基地建设,构建模块化的教师教学创新团队,深化“线上、线下、职场化”的教学模式改革,培养学生多项技术技能,提升学生的可持续发展空间和就业能力。Talent training program of textile majors in higher vocational colleges should deeply integrate“1+X”vocational skills level certificate standard,pilot skills standards for textile enterprises,and in the professional core curriculum,build“post-course-competition-certificate”integrated curriculum system,innovative implement“post-course-competition-ertificate”integrated new talent training model,strengthen the construction of practical training bases,build modular teacher teaching innovative team,deepen“online,offline,workplace”teaching model reform,cultivate a number of technical skills,improve students’sustainable development space and employment ability.
