白蛋白结合型紫杉醇二线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 观察白蛋白结合型紫杉醇二线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法 62例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,按照二线治疗方式的不同分为实验组与对照组,每组31例。实验组应用白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗,对照组应用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,毒副反应发生情况。结果 治疗3个疗程后,实验组患者的总有效率61.29%高于对照组的29.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少、胃肠道反应、感觉神经病变、关节肌痛发生率分别为9.68%、9.68%、12.90%、9.68%、9.68%,均低于对照组的32.26%、32.26%、35.48%、32.26%、32.26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用白蛋白结合型紫杉醇二线治疗的效果显著优于紫杉醇,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of albumin bound paclitaxel as second-line treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 62 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into experimental group and control group according to the different second-line treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with albumin-bound paclitaxel and with cisplatin,and the control group was treated with paclitaxel and cisplatin.The therapeutic effect,and the occurrence of side effects were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate 61.29%of the experimental group was higher than 29.03%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neutropenia,thrombocytopenia,gastrointestinal reactions,sensory neuropathy,and arthralgia in the experimental group were 9.68%,9.68%,12.90%,9.68%,and 9.68%,respectively,which were lower than 32.26%,32.26%,35.48%,32.26%,32.26%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Albumin-bound paclitaxel as second-line treatment has significant effect on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
