浅探喻昌《尚论篇》对《伤寒论》的发挥

摘　　要：《尚论篇》是清代著名医家喻昌对《伤寒论》的再编注,其中荟萃了喻氏在伤寒学研究上的大量学术观点。该书以类证汇聚,纲要统文的方式编撰,提出"三纲鼎立说"和"温病三纲说"的理论,内容上以阴阳、经络脏腑、表里虚实,营卫气血,邪正消长等对条文进行分类并加以注解,别具炉锤。另,喻昌诊病强调审证求因,立法遣方,治疗重视养护脾胃气津及防治疫病注重驱邪逐秽的临证思想在书中已可见端倪。Shanglun Pian,a recompilation of Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases)by Yu Chang,a famous physician in the Qing Dynasty,summarizes his premier academic views on the study of febrile diseases.Compiled in the form of collecting analogous syndromes and organized with a unified outline,the book puts forward the theories of“three co-existing governing doctrines”and“three doctrines of warm diseases”,while its contents are classified by and annotated with yin and yang,meridians and viscera,superficies and interior,deficiency and excess,nutrient phase,defensive phase,qi and blood,growth or decline of vital qi and pathogenic factors,etc.,showing a unique style and attainment.In addition,Yu Chang’s clinical thoughts have begun to take shape in the work,including emphasizing examining syndromes and identifying causes,adopting appropriate treatment methods and developing proper prescriptions,paying attention to the maintenance of qi and fluid in the spleen and stomach,preventing and treating epidemic diseases by expelling pathogenic factors and eliminating filth,etc.
