摘　　要：经过多年临床诊疗实践,李滋平教授积累了丰富的针药相须治疗面瘫的经验,在益气祛湿通络思想指导下,将中医理论与现代医学紧密结合,本着守传统但不拘于传统的理念,打破传统思想中"早期忌补"的理论,总结了一套针药相须治疗急性期面瘫的有效疗法,通过毫针针刺、穴位注射、中药和西药的联合运用,取得了良好临床疗效。After years of clinical diagnosis and treatment practice,Professor Li Ziping has accumulated a wealth of experience in the treatment of facial paralysis with the mutual promotion of acupuncture and Chinese materia medica.Under the guidance of the idea of benefiting qi,eliminating dampness and dredging collaterals,he closely integrates the traditional Chinese medicine theory with modern medicine.Yet not sticking to the tradition rigidly,he breaks the convention of“avoiding tonifying in the early stage of a disease”,and summarizes a set of effective therapies for treating acute facial paralysis with the mutual promotion of acupuncture and Chinese materia medica.For this matter,a good clinical effect has been achieved through the combined use of filiform needle acupuncture,acupoint injection,Chinese medicine and western medicine.
