赵德喜运用治痿独取阳明法治疗面瘫

摘　　要：赵德喜认为,面瘫的主要病位在阳明,病性为本虚标实,虚实夹杂。根据《内经》"治痿独取阳明"的理论,认为面瘫的病机为络脉空虚,外邪侵入,局部气血痹阻,阳明经筋失于濡养,以致肌肉纵缓不收而患病,治疗首重扶正祛邪,使邪去正复,常运用升麻葛根汤加减治疗面瘫。Professor Zhao Dexi believes that the main disease location of facial paralysis is the Yangming meridian,and its nature is the deficiency in origin and excess in manifestations,and the intermingled deficiency and excess.According to the theory of“treating a flaccidity disease solely from the Yangming meridian”recorded in Huangdi Neijing(Inner Canon of Huangdi,Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor),the pathogenesis of facial paralysis is believed to be that external pathogens invade the body because of the weakness in collaterals,resulting in the local qi and blood blockage,and the muscles along the Yangming meridian short of moistening and nourishing,causing the muscles rather relaxed to be sick.As to its treatment,the top priority is to strengthen the vital qi for eliminating pathogenic factors,and Shengma Gegen Decoction is often used with a proper addition and subtraction in dosage or ingredients.
