冰帽对预防乳腺癌术后化疗患者脱发的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨佩戴冰帽持续降温对预防乳腺癌患者术后化疗引起脱发的效果。方法选择化疗方案含有多西他赛的乳腺癌术后化疗患者120例,随机分为A、B、C 3组,各40例。A组于多西他赛输注前30 min将电子冰帽戴在头上,佩戴至化疗药输注结束;B组于多西他赛输注时开始佩戴,至化疗药输注结束摘下;C组于多西他赛输注时开始佩戴电子冰帽,佩戴至化疗药输注结束后2 h。分析3组6个疗程结束后的脱发程度。结果 A组中发生Ⅰ度脱发19例,Ⅱ度脱发15例,Ⅲ脱发6例;B组中发生Ⅰ度脱发22例,Ⅱ度脱发12例,Ⅲ脱发5例;C组中发生Ⅰ度脱发33例,Ⅱ度脱发6例,Ⅲ脱发1例;3组发生0度脱发和Ⅳ度脱发均为0例。3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化疗期间佩戴冰帽可以预防化疗引起脱发,佩戴时间越长,预防化疗引起脱发的效果越显著。Objective To investigate the effect of wearing ice caps for continuous cooling in preventing postoperative chemotherapy-induced alopecia in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 120 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy with docetaxel were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into groups A,B,and C,with 40 patients in each group.In group A,an electronic ice cap was put on the head 30 min before the docetaxel infusion and worn until the end of the chemotherapy,while group B began to wear ice caps at the time of infusion and took them off at the end of the chemotherapy infusion,and patients in group C began to wear them at the time of docetaxel infusion and wore them until 2 hours after the chemotherapy infusion.The degree of alopecia in the 3 groups after the 6 courses of treatment was analyzed.Results In group A,there were 19 cases of grade I alopecia,15 cases of grade II alopecia and 6 cases of grade III alopecia.In group B,there were 22 cases of grade I alopecia,12 cases of grade II alopecia and 5 cases of grade III alopecia.In group C,there were 33 cases of grade I alopecia,6 cases of grade II alopecia and 1 case of grade III alopecia.There were no cases of grade 0 alopecia and grade IV alopecia in the three groups.The statistical analysis results showed that the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wearing an ice cap during the chemotherapy can prevent chemotherapy-induced alopecia,and the longer it is worn,the more effective it is.
