单纯根管治疗与根管外科手术治疗根尖囊肿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析根尖囊肿患者应用单纯根管治疗与根管外科手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取该院2019年3月—2020年12月收治的根尖囊肿患者82例,按照随机表法分为对照组(n=41)和研究组(n=41),对照组采取单纯根管治疗术,研究组在对照组基础上完成根管治疗后进行根管外科手术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果,包括治疗有效率、炎症因子指标、术后并发症情况以及患者满意度。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为(97.56%)明显高于对照组的(80.49%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05);两组治疗前IL-10、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP等各项指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的炎症因子均明显改变,研究组治疗后IL-10、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP等指标分比为分别为(64.35±6.73)、(13.43±1.53)、(20.13±1.74)、(2.38±0.24)ng/mL,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.743、10.745、13.670、28.858,P<0.05);研究组患者的术后并发症发生率为(4.88%)要明显低于对照组的并发症发生率(21.95%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05);满意度方面,研究组患者的治疗满意度为(97.56%)要明显高于对照组的(80.49%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05)。结论在根尖囊肿患者的临床治疗中通过在完成根管治疗后进行根管外科手术治疗能够起到更好的临床效果,患者炎症状况较轻,且患者术后并发症发生较少,有利于患者预后改善,同时患者满意度较高,有临床推广价值。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effects of root canal therapy and root canal surgery in patients with apical cysts.Methods A total of 82 patients with apical cysts admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(n=41)and a study group(n=41)according to the random table method.The control group took root canal therapy alone,and the study group underwent root canal surgery on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared,including treatment effectiveness,inflammatory factors,postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction.Results The effective rate of the study group(97.56%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in IL-10,IL-6,TNF-α,CRP and other indexes between the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly changed,in the study group,the sub-ratios of IL-10,IL-6,TNF-αand CRP were(64.35±6.73)ng/mL,(13.43±1.53)ng/mL,(20.13±1.74)ng/mL,(2.38±0.24)ng/mL,which was better than that of the control group,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.743,10.745,13.670,28.858,P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in study group(4.88%)was significantly lower than that in control group(21.95%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the treatment satisfaction of patients in the study group(97.56%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with apical cysts,root canal surgery after the completion of root canal treatment can achieve better clinical results.The inflammation of the patient is less,and there are fewer postoperative complications
