摘  要:目的探讨常规实验室甲状腺球蛋白抗体(A-TG)对监测分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)患者复发是否有效。方法通过系统地回顾2019年1月至2020年1月菏泽地区的分化型甲状腺癌患者人群547例,做甲状腺球蛋白抗体(A-TG)实验室检查结果分析研究,使用的仪器为德国罗氏诊断有限公司cobas e 601电化学发光全自动免疫分析仪,甲状腺球蛋白抗体A-TG(参考范围0~115IU/mL),本研究所选符合条件的分化型甲状腺癌患者人群均为长期接受常规监测且无其他并发症的DTC患者。结果甲状腺球蛋白抗体A-TG诊断DTC复发转移的阳性率为71.48%,并且发现DTC发生转移的血清A-TG的浓度要远远高于未发生转移的DTC患者,P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论常规实验室检测甲状腺球蛋白抗体(A-TG)有助于预测DTC转移,但是血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体(A-TG)水平会受到各种影响,在临床上需要综合分析其他检测结果。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of routine laboratory thyroglobulin antibody(A-TG)in monitoring recurrence of differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC).Methods:This study systematically reviewed 547 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer in Heze area from January 2019 to January 2020,and analyzed the results of thyroglobulin antibody(A-TG)laboratory examination using cobas e 601 electrochemiluminescence automatic immunoanalyzer of Roche Diagnostics Co.,LTD.,Germany.Thyroglobulin antibody A-TG(reference range 0~115 IU/mL).All qualified patients with differentiated thyroid cancer in this study were DTC patients who had received routine monitoring for a long time and had no other complications.Results:The positive rate of thyroglobulin antibody A-TG in diagnosing DTC recurrence and metastasis was 71.48%,and the serum A-TG concentration of DTC metastasis was much higher than that of DTC patients without metastasis,P<0.05,indicating A statistical difference.Conclusions:Routine laboratory testing of thyroglobulin antibody(A-TG)is helpful in predicting DTC metastasis,but serum thyroglobulin antibody(A-TG)levels may be affected by various factors,and other test results need to be comprehensively analyzed in clinical practice.
