基于校企对接的《机床电气控制》课程教学改革探索

摘　　要：就如何开展企业调研,确定项目教学方案,对职业院校《机床电气控制》课程项目教学中存在项目内容与企业岗位需求相脱节的问题进行分析,找出存在的问题,对教学课程进行重构以及如何开展教学等方面提出改革建议,根据对学生就业岗位职业能力分析结果对课程目标进行重定位,并进行了探讨和思考,提出了可供借鉴的可行办法。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the project teaching of the course“electrical control of machine tool”in vocational colleges,such as how to carry out the enterprise investigation and research,how to determine the project teaching plan,and how to find out the existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of the teaching curriculum reconstruction and how to carry out the teaching,reorientates the curriculum objectives according to the results of the analysis of the vocational ability of the students’ employment posts,and probes into and ponders upon them,the feasible methods which can be used for reference are put forward.
