13例急性前循环大血管闭塞性轻型卒中血管内治疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察急性前循环大血管闭塞性轻型卒中患者血管内治疗的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2019年2月—2020年10月在本院接受血管内治疗的13例急性前循环闭塞性轻型卒中患者的临床资料,观察患者术后成功再灌注率、术后出血情况、围手术期并发症、24 h NIHSS、7 d NIHSS、90 d mRS评分。结果13例患者成功再灌注率达100%、术后症状性颅内出血0例、围手术期并发症1例(7.69%),24 h NIHSS评分平均3(1,4)分与基线NIHSS评分无明显变化(P>0.05),7 d NIHSS平均1(0,4)分与基线NIHSS评分比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。90天预后优异率(mRS评分≤1分)达100%,90天内无死亡。结论急性前循环大血管闭塞性轻型卒中血管内治疗是安全和有效的。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of endovascular treatment in patients with acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusive mild stroke.Methods The clinical data of 13 patients with acute anterior circulation large vesselocclusive mild stroke who received endovascular treatment in Yijishan hospital of Wannan Medical College from February 2019 to October 2020 were retrospective analyzed.The recanalization rate,postoperative bleeding,perioperative complications,24hNIHSS,7dNIHSS,90dmRS score were observed.Results The recanalization rate reached 100%,none of postoperative symptomatic intracranial hemorrhageoccurred among them,perioperative complications occurred in one case(7.7%),the average 24h NIHSS score was 3(1,4)had has no difference with the baseline(P>0.05).The average 7 d NIHSS was 1(0,4)score and was significantly different from the baseline NIHSS score(P<0.05).The 90-day excellent prognosis rate(mRS score≤1 point)reached 100%,none death occurred.Conclusions Endovascular treatment for acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusive mild stroke is safe and effective.
