摘　　要：嵌体冠是将嵌体作为内部固位,同时利用部分冠作为外部固位的部分冠修复体,常用于修复牙冠存在大面积缺损的患牙。嵌体冠分为常规桩核嵌体冠、髓腔固位嵌体冠和插销桩核嵌体冠。主要应用于经过根管治疗术以后牙体组织存在大面积缺损的后牙,也适用于由于严重磨耗或者长期缺损导致后牙牙合龈距严重不足的患牙。嵌体冠修复与传统的修复方式相比,在最大程度上保存了牙体组织的完整性,使牙颈部的抗力得以维持,符合生物学的原则。本文将对嵌体冠的临床应用情况进行系统性阐述。Inlay crown is a partial crown restoration that uses the inlay as the internal retention and the partial crown as the external retention.It is often used to repair the tooth with a large area of the crown defect.Inlay crowns are divided into conventional post-core inlay crowns,medullary cavity-retained inlay crowns,and bolt post-core inlay crowns.It is mainly applied to the posterior teeth with large area defects in the dental tissue after root canal treatment,and it is also suitable for the teeth with severely insufficient occlusal gingival distance due to severe wear or long-term defect.Compared with traditional restoration methods,inlay crown restoration preserves the integrity of the tooth tissue to the greatest extent and maintains the resistance of the tooth neck,which conforms to the principles of biology.The article will make a systematic elaboration on the clinical application of inlay crowns.
