摘 要:目的探讨借助QQ平台的翻转课堂教学法在提高医学生学习积极性方面的应用效果。方法以在我院进行临床实习的2016级齐齐哈尔医学院临床医学专业的60名学生作为研究对象,随机分为6组,每组各10人。课前课后均进行理论测试,课前课后分别填写《学生满意度问卷》,每组配一名观察员,对学生的课堂表现进行评价记录,填写《课堂观察量表》,借助QQ平台,采取翻转课堂教学模式进行鼻窦感染性疾病理论内容的教学,对学生的课前、课后理论知识考试成绩、学生满意度问卷课前部分及课后部分进行比较分析,对学生课堂观察量表进行总结分析。结果学生课前课后对知识的掌握程度无明显差异;课后学生满意度全面增加(P<0.05),尤其在自觉对知识的掌握程度及是否有利于个性化学习方面表现突出;学生课堂活动表现积极,评分为优良。结论借助QQ平台的翻转课堂教学方法,有利于调动学生学习积极性,提高学生对学习的积极性,提升教学质量及满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of the flipped classroom teaching method with the help of QQ platform in improving the learning enthusiasm of medical students.Methods A total of 60 students majoring in clinical medicine of grade 2016 from Qiqihar Medical College those who were doing clinical practice in our hospital were taken as the research objects.They were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 people in each group.Theoretical tests were performed before and after class,fill out the“Student Satisfaction Questionnaire”before and after class,respectively.One observer was assigned to each group to evaluate and record the students'performance during the class and fill in the“Classroom Observation Scale”.The flipped classroom teaching model based on QQ platform was used to teach the theoretical content of enthusiasmsinus infectious diseases.A comparative analysis was made to analyse the theoretical knowledge test scores of students,the pre-class and after-class sections of the student satisfaction questionnaire,and make a summary analysis on the student's classroom observation scale.Results There was no significant difference in the degree of knowledge mastery before and after class among students;however,student's satisfaction increased across the board after class(P<0.05),especially in terms of conscious mastery of knowledge and whether it is conducive to personalized learning.The students performed positively in classroom activities and the score was excellent.Conclusions The flipped classroom teaching method based on QQ platform is helpful to mobilize students'enthusiasm for learning,improve students'enthusiasm for learning,and improve teaching quality and satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
