摘  要:随着我国产业结构调整和经济转型升级的深入推进,人才尤其是技术技能型创新人才的需求日益突出。面向经济发展主战场、产业发展主阵地,培养具有一定创新能力的技术技能人才,已成为高职院校的重要使命与探索现代职业教育改革发展的重要任务。经过几年不断探索与实践,浙江工贸职业技术学院在多个方面取得了一定的成效、形成了一定的经验。立足相关成效与经验,从如何依托科研平台,促进科研项目与教学融合;如何引导学生参与科研,提升核心技术技能和专业素养,增强实践与创新能力等方面进行了总结与提炼。With the deepening of China’s industrial structure adjustment and economic transformation and upgrading,the demand for talents,especially innovative talents with technical skills,has become increasingly prominent.Facing the main battlefield of economic development and the main position of industrial development,cultivating technical and technical talents with a certain degree of innovation has become an important mission of higher vocational colleges and an important task of exploring the reform and development of modern vocational education.After several years of continuous exploration and practice,Zhejiang Industry and Trade Vocational and Technical College has achieved certain results and accumulated certain experience in many relevant aspects.On this basis,this paper summarizes and refines how to relying on the scientific research platform to promote the integration of scientific research projects and teaching,and how to guide students to participate in scientific research to improve their core technical skills and professional quality and enhance their practical and innovation ability.
