摘　　要：婴幼儿血管瘤(IH)是一类比较常见的起源于皮肤血管的良性肿瘤。国内外对于不同类型和不同阶段的血管瘤,采取的治疗方法也不同。目前,针对此病常用的治疗方法有药物治疗、激光治疗和手术治疗等。早期正确辨别IH的解剖学类别及积极采取辩证治疗是降低血管瘤危害的工作重点。本文就近年来国内外相关研究文献进行综述。Infantile hemangioma(IH)is a relatively common type of benign tumor originating from skin blood vessels.Different treatment methods are adopted at home and abroad for different types and stages of hemangioma.At present,the commonly used treatments for this disease include drug therapy,laser therapy,and surgical treatment.Early identification of the anatomical category of IH and active use of dialectical treatment are the focus of efforts to reduce the risk of hemangioma.This paper reviews recent research literatures at home and abroad.
