摘　　要：生产性实训中心近年来在高职院校逐渐增多,它投资大、理念新,受到国家的大力扶持,但在日常管理上多数都是处在摸索阶段。光电生产实训的环节多、要求严,要掌握的技术参数比较多,结合几年运行管理经验在管理设计和考核方式上进行分析、总结与设计。In recent years,the productive training centers have gradually increased in higher vocational colleges,which need large investment and new ideas and are strongly supported by the State.But the daily management is in the exploratory stage.Optoelectronic production training has many links and strict requirements,and there are many technical parameters to master.Combined with several years of operation and management experience,the paper analyzes,summarizes and designs the management design and assessment methods.
