摘　　要：当前国际形势风云变幻,我国更需要安全稳定的国内治安环境。公安部近年来持续推动地方移动警务建设,借助新一代信息技术提升公安机关的办事效率。文章设计开发了符合国家规范要求的移动警务系统,搭建开放式服务管理平台,为移动终端软件开发提供API调用接口,将从事公安业务应用开发的力量全部引入到移动应用开发工作中,满足警务业务与时俱进的需要,增加灵活性。经过测试,系统达到了应用要求,在满足全市移动警务应用需求的同时,满足移动应用共享模式需求,构建了“你建我用,我建大家用”的应用新局面。The current international situation is changing,and China needs a safe and stable domestic public security environment.In recent years,the Ministry of Public Security has continuously promoted the construction of local mobile police,and has improved the efficiency of public security with the help of a new generation of information technology.This paper designs a mobile police system that meets the requirements of national norms,builds an open service management platform to provide API call interface for mobile terminal software development,and introduces all the forces engaged in public security business application development into mobile application development,so as to meet the needs of police business and keep pace with the times and increase flexibility.After testing,the system meets the application requirements.It meets the requirements of not only the mobile police application in the city but also the mobile application sharing mode,and builds a new application situation of"you build and I use,I build and we use".
