摘  要:培养乡土人才是推动乡村振兴战略的重要举措。襄阳市针对乡土人才培养中“一头热”“两张皮”“天花板”“留不住”的现实问题,在实践中摸索形成了“政校协同、选育用香”乡土人才培养的襄阳模式。通过建立“摸举赛考”选拔机制,把乡土后备人才“选”出来;通过“贯分共长”培养机制,把乡土人才“育”出来;通过“带拉驱联”动力机制,把乡土人才“用”起来;通过“转搭优享”激励机制,让乡土人才“香”起来。多年来,培养了一大批扎根本地的乡土人才,在扶贫攻坚、乡村振兴工作中产生了积极的实践效果。Cultivating rural talents is an important measure to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.In view of the real problems in the training of rural talents,Xiangyang City has explored in practice of the Xiangyang model of"Government-School Coordination,Selection-Cultivation-Usage-Inspiration"rural talents training.Through the selection mechanism,the rural reserve talents are selected;through the training model,the rural talents are trained;through the coordination mechanism,the rural talents are used;through the incentive mechanism,the rural talents grow up.The rural talent training model has trained a large number of rural talents rooted in the local areas and has produced a positive practical effect in the poverty alleviation and rural revitalization work.
