摘 要:以2个含有异源细胞质的香菇(Lentinula edodes)菌株(L808-A2和L808-B)和1个对照菌株(L808)为材料,从不同菌龄(60~210 d)角度分析异源细胞质对香菇转色和出菇规律的影响。结果表明:菌龄为60~170 d时,含有异源细胞质的L808-A2和L808-B分别以"先缓后快"和"先快后缓"的规律加快了转色进程,在部分菌龄阶段减慢了子实体形成时间、改变了子实体个数和产量;L808-A2与L808-B相比,对子实体产量的影响较小,可以作为后期异源细胞质改良香菇品种的候选种质资源。Using two alloplasmic strains,L808-A2 and L808-B,and euplasmic strain L808 as the control,the alloplasmic effects on color coversion(browning)and fruiting body development of Lentinula edodes during 60-210 d were investigated.The results showed that L808-A2 and L808-B speeded up the browning process in a‘slow-fast’and‘fast-slow’mode,respectively.During the slow phases,fruiting body formation time was delayed,and the yield and number of fruiting bodies were reduced.Compared with L808-B,L808-A2 had a more stable yield and thus can be used for strain improvement in L.edodes.
