内眦皮肤重置睑缘翻转术治疗儿童下睑内翻伴内眦赘皮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察内眦皮肤重置睑缘翻转术对儿童伴有内眦赘皮的下睑内翻的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年5月鲁南眼科医院伴有内眦赘皮的下睑内翻者40例(80眼)的临床资料。患者均接受内眦皮肤重置睑缘翻转术进行治疗。其中男18例(36眼),女22例(44眼)。随访6~12个月,观察手术效果。结果下睑内翻均得到矫正,睑缘及内眦形态自然,无明显下睑皮肤皱褶、重度瘢痕增生或泪小管的损伤等并发症。治愈率100.00%,均无复发,满意度95.00%。结论内眦皮肤重置睑缘翻转术治疗儿童下睑内翻伴内眦赘皮效果良好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of skin-redraping medial epicanthoplasty and rotation of lid margin for children of entropion of lower eyelid with epicanthus.Methods The clinical data of 80 eyes of 40 children of entropion of lower eyelid with epicanthus who received epicanthoplasty and rotation of lid margin from Jan.2017 to May 2019 in Lunan Eye Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.There were 36 eyes of 18 males and 33 eyes of 22 females.The period of follow-up was from 6 to 12 months.The surgical efficacy were observed.Results For all patients,the entropion of lower eyelid was corrected completely.The shape of eyelid margin and inner canthus was natural.There was no complication such as skin fold,severe hypertrophic scar or lacrimal canalicular injury.The cure rate was 100.00%,without recurrence,and the satisfaction rate was 95.00%.Conclusion Skin-redraping medial epicanthoplasty and rotation of lid margin is an effective treatment for children with entropion of lower eyelid with epicanthus.
