基于“1+X”证书的高职软件技术专业“多链聚力、分类聚向”人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：在我国深化职业教育改革和职业教育大众化的双重背景下,本文以泸州职业技术学院软件技术专业为例,提出以1+X证书试点建设为契机,搭建专业建设体系、专业课程体系、证书认证体系等人才培养链,构建企业级应用开发、Web应用开发两类人才培养框架,共同聚焦人才培养高质量输出,形成具有专业特色的人才培养新模式的“多链聚力、分类聚向”的人才培养模式。Under the background of deepening the reform of vocational education and the popularization of vocational education,this article takes the software technology major of Luzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,and proposes to use the“1+X”certificate pilot construction as an opportunity to build a professional construction system,professional curriculum system,certification system and other talent training chains,establish enterprise-level and Web application talent training frameworks,jointly focus on high-quality output of talents,and form a new model of“multi-chain cohesion,classification and orientation”with professional characteristics.
