摘  要:子宫内膜癌的发病率较高,治疗后患者生存时间延长,但仍存在肿瘤复发及转移风险,且复发和(或)转移患者的病死率明显升高。目前,子宫内膜癌的发病机制尚不完全清楚,近年肿瘤免疫在子宫内膜癌中的作用受到关注,免疫细胞(肿瘤相关巨噬细胞、辅助性T细胞、调节性T细胞等)是机体免疫功能的主要作用分子,免疫功能影响肿瘤的发生、发展,各个亚群细胞数量及分泌的细胞因子在调节机体免疫功能中发挥关键性作用。然而,免疫细胞在子宫内膜癌中的具体作用机制仍需进一步阐明。The incidence of endometrial cancer is high,and the survival time of patients after treatment is prolonged.However,there is still a risk of recurrence and metastasis of cancer,and the mortality of the patients with recurrence and/or metastasis is significantly higher.At present,the pathogenesis of endometrial cancer is not completely clear.In recent years,attention has been drawn to the role of tumor immunity in endometrial cancer:immune cells(tumor associated macrophages,helper T cells,regulatory T cells,etc.)are the main molecules of immune function,immune function affects the occurrence and development of tumors,and the number of cells and cytokines secreted by each subgroup play a key role in regulating the immune function.However,the specific mechanisms of immune cells in endometrial cancer still needs to be further elucidated.
