摘　　要：自然资本市场化是自然价值实现的重要途径与表现形式。论文以坚持市场主导、坚持适度干预、坚持透明公开为基本原则,系统分析了自然资源资产化、自然资源产权化、自然资源资本化、自然资源产业化的实施路径,建立了明确产权、建立市场、利用市场、创新金融产品的自然资源资本化运行市场建设框架,分析了包括交易主体、交易客体、中介机构、管理机构、交易监测等自然资源资本化运行市场建设要素,分析了交易、租赁、抵押等自然资源资本化运行市场交易形式,创新了包括绿色证券、绿色债券、绿色基金等的自然资源金融产品。Marketization of natural capital is an important way to realize natural value.Based on the basic principles of market leading,moderate intervention and transparency and openness,this paper systematically analyzes the implementation path of natural resources assets,natural resources property rights,natural resources capitalization and natural resources industrialization.The paper establishes the framework of establishing clear property right,establishing market,utilizing market,innovating the capitalization of financial products,and analyzes the framework of market construction,including the subject of transaction,object of transaction,intermediary organization,management organization,etc.Trade monitoring and other natural resources capitalization operation market construction elements,analysis of the transaction,lease,mortgage and other natural resources capitalization operation market trading forms,innovation including green securities,green bonds,a natural resource financial product such as a green fund are also analysed.
