摘　　要：以贵州省为例,通过微观调查数据,采用CVM方法及Kano模型的需求判定方法,对公共生态产品的需求水平、类型等进行了分析。研究表明,就需求水平而言,在考虑了居民经济社会特征及其对公共生态产品认知状况的情况下,2018年贵州省居民对公共生态产品的需求水平为274.73元/(年·户),且这一水平在未来会持续上升,可见当前我国公共生态产品的供给未能满足社会公众的需求;就需求类型而言,居民对公共生态产品的需求主要属于魅力型需求、期望型需求和必备型需求,而若以改变其他公共产品供给水平为限制条件时,公共生态产品的需求则依次属于逆反型需求、漠然型需求和魅力型需求。可见,居民对扩大公共生态产品供给有较强烈的需求,但不能以减少其他公共产品供给为代价,政府必须创新公共生态产品供给机制。Taking Guizhou Province as an example,this paper analyzes the demand level and type of public ecological products by using CVM method and Kano model demand determination method through microscopic survey data.The research shows that,in terms of demand level,considering the economic and social characteristics of residents and their cognition of public ecological products,the demand level of residents for public ecological products in Guizhou Province in 2018 is 274.73 yuan/year per household,and this level will continue to rise in the future.It can be seen that the current supply of public ecological products in China cannot meet the needs of the public.As far as the demand type is concerned,the residents’demand for public ecological products mainly belongs to charm demand,expectation demand and necessary demand.However,if the supply level of other public products is changed as the limiting condition,the demand of public ecological products belongs to the reverse demand,the desert demand and the charm demand in turn.It can be seen that residents have a strong demand for expanding the supply of public ecological products,but it can not be at the cost of reducing the supply of other public goods,so the government must innovate the supply mechanism of public ecological products.
