摘　　要：本文针对高压清洗车的副发动力系统及高压系统进行计算分析。通过高压清洗车前喷架喷嘴及其角度的设计及计算,确定前喷架所需的流量和工作压力,确定高压水泵的相关参数进行选型,根据流体动力学的相关计算,合理地选择高压管道的相关尺寸以及走向;同时提出一种高压水泵转速控制方式,以提高延长高压元件的使用寿命及降低整车能耗。根据高压水泵输出最大功率合理选型副发动机,并设计安装及维护简便的动力传递系统。In this paper,the calculation and analysis are carried out for the secondary power system and high pressure system of high pressure cleaning vehicle.Through the design and calculation of the nozzle and its angle of the front nozzle of the high-pressure cleaning vehicle,the required flow rate and working pressure of the front nozzle are determined,the relevant parameters of the high-pressure water pump are determined for selection,and the relevant size and direction of the high-pressure pipeline are reasonably selected according to the relevant calculation of fluid dynamics;at the same time,a highpressure water pump speed control method is proposed to improve the service life of the extended high-pressure components and reduce the energy consumption of the whole vehicle.According to the maximum power output of the high-pressure water pump,the secondary engine is reasonably selected,and a power transmission system with easy installation and maintenance is designed.
