摘　　要：我国是农业生产大国,在如今乡村振兴战略背景下,在党的十九大会议中对乡村振兴战略进行了部署,主要强调了现在的农业发展需要技术人才的培养与引进,本文就乡村振兴战略下,针对培养农业技术人才、提高高职学生就业问题展开深入研究。China is an agricultural production power,under the background of nowadays rural revitalization strategy,in the 19 big meeting on the strategy of rejuvenating rural deployment,focuses on the present agricultural development needs technical talent cultivation and introduction,in this paper,the strategy of rejuvenating the country,aiming at cultivating talents,improve agricultural technology research on the vocational students’employment issue.
