资产评估专业硕士生源状况的实证分析

摘　　要：生源状况,特别是生源质量,是影响人才培养质量的重要因素。本文通过调查问卷和数据分析的方式,对我国近年来资产评估专业硕士生源状况进行分析。研究发现,我国资产评估专业硕士半数以上是由我国一般普通高校培养;具有毕业于"双一流"建设高校、来自于京津冀地区、应届毕业生、被第一志愿录取、向A区高校调剂、就读于"双一流"建设高校和2019年入学等特征的资产评估专业硕士生源质量显著高于其他类型的生源质量,但男生与女生的生源质量无显著差异。在上述结论的基础上,本文提出提高资产评估专业硕士培养质量的相关政策建议。Enrollment status,especially the quality of enrollment,is an important factor which affects the quality of talent training.With the questionnaire and the data analysis,this paper analyzes the Enrollment of postgraduate of Professional Master of Valuation(PMV)in China in recent years.We find that more than half of the postgraduate of the PMV is trained by China’s general universities or colleges,and the quality of enrollment of postgraduates of PMV who graduated from the Double First-Class Construction university,come from the universities of Beijing,Tianjing and Hebei,are fresh graduates,is accepted by their first choice universities,is transferred to the universities in Area A,study in the Double First-Class Construction university now and are admitted in 2019,is significantly higher than those of other types of postgraduates.But there is no significant difference between male and female postgraduates.On the basis of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy and suggestions to improve the training quality of the postgraduates of PMV.
