摘　　要：目的探究体检HPV感染者诱发心理问题的原因,以及通过互联网+的随访方式,实施护理心理管理、宣教相结合的措施,减轻焦虑情绪,促进患者积极配合治疗的可行性及效果研究。方法随机抽取2019年4月—2020年10月在某体检中心体检的女性HPV检测者进行调查,对HPV感染者进行SAS评分,调查分析HPV感染者存在的心理问题,运用互联网+模式进行护理宣教,实施护理对策。结果通过对感染者进行SAS评分,心理焦虑者433例,焦虑比例53.99%,超一半感染者有不同程度的心理焦虑问题,而年龄不同造成心理焦虑的因素不同,知识缺乏为主要因素。根据每例患者引发的心理问题不同,运用互联网+模式有针对性地进行疏导,可有效使患者认知功能、情绪功能得到提升。结论在互联网+日新月异的新型模式下,普及医学常识,一对一心理疏导及护理,有效改善了HPV感染者的心理焦虑问题,提高了患者的依从性,使患者及其配偶能够积极配合治疗,对减少宫颈癌的发生有着不容小觑的意义。Objective To explore the causes of psychological problems induced by HPV-positive patients in physical examinations, and to boost the study on the feasibility and effects in reducing the anxiety and promoting the patients’ active cooperation with treatment through Internet+ follow-up by means of the strategy combining the nursing psychological management with promotion and education.Methods Female HPV examinators in a physical examination center from April 2019 to October 2020 were investigated.SAS score was conducted for HPV infected persons, psychological problems of HPV infected persons were investigated and analyzed, and nursing promotion and education were conducted with Internet+ mode to implement nursing strategy.Results A total of 433 patients were found to suffer from psychological anxiety with the anxiety percent in 53.99% through SAS scores, more than half of the infected persons suffered from psychological anxiety problems at different degrees, and the factors of psychological anxieties varied at different ages, the lack of knowledge served as major factor.The Internet+ mode used for targeted counseling according to different psychological problems caused by each patient could effectively improve the cognitive function and emotional function of patients.Conclusion The popularization of medical knowledge, one-to-one psychological counseling and nursing under the changing new mode of Internet effectively improve the psychological anxiety of HPV-positive patients, enhance the compliance of patients, enable the patients and their spouses to actively cooperate with treatment, delivering great significance to prevent and reduce the incidence of cervical cancer.
