摘 要:EPP作为新型轻质材料,研究其在顶盖内饰板上的应用,将对顶盖内饰的减重具有明显的优势。对比分析了EPP材料、GMT板材和PU玻纤板3种基材在商用车顶盖内饰板上的成型周期、轻量化效果、吸音性、机械性能、隔热和环保性能上的差异。结果表明,同等厚度下EPP基材顶棚在轻量化、保温性能、环保性能方面优于传统基材顶棚;但成型周期、挠度及高频区的吸音系数劣于GMT板材和PU玻纤板基材顶棚,为后续各类车型内饰顶棚基材选择提供更多的参考。As a new lightweight material,the application of EPP on the roof interior panel will have obvious advantages in weight reduction.This paper compares and analyzes the differences of forming period,lightweight effect,sound absorption,mechanical properties,heat insulation and environmental protection of EPP,GMT board and PU fiberglass board in the roof interior panel of commercial vehicle.The results show that under the same thickness,the EPP-based roof is better than the roof made of conventional material in terms of lightweight,thermal insulation performance and environmental protection performance,however,its forming period,deflection and sound-absorbing coefficient in the high-frequency area are inferior to GMT and PU fiberglass board,which provides more reference for the selection of roof interior material of subsequent vehicle models.
