摘 要:AGV可以根据不同的运行工况、工艺布置和多种储存要求进行灵活部署,车辆可以根据调度系统进行实时控制和调整。降低了人员的工作负荷和成本投入,并且可以将AGV调度系统与工厂已经部署的MES系统进行信息联通,间接提高整个生产系统的运行效率。研究设计了一种模块化的调度系统,通过数据库、任务分配、路径规划、交通管制、网络通信多个方面的模块化设计,实现了对AGV运行状态功能进行有效监管和控制。目前已经完成了16台AGV的调度控制。AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle)can be flexibly deployed according to different operating conditions,process layout and various storage requirements,and the vehicle can be controlled and adjusted in real time according to the dispatching system,which reduces workload and cost input of personnel,in addition,the AGV scheduling system can be connected with the MES system deployed in the factory,so as to indirectly improve the operation efficiency of the whole production system.A modular scheduling system is researched and designed.Through the modular design of database,task allocation,path planning,traffic control,network communication and other aspects,AGV operation status and other functions can be monitored and controlled effectively.At present,the dispatching control of 16 AGVs has been completed.
