摘　　要：君子是中国传统文化中一种比较现实、平常人可以达到的理想人格,如何推动君子文化的创造性转化和创新性发展,培养当代新君子?结合《大学》“君子有絜矩之道”,可以阐述当代新君子如何为人处世。“絜矩之道”是君子推己度人、甚至推己度物的处世法则,是治国平天下的至要之道,具有广泛的社会教化意义。“絜矩之道”是对孔子“己所不欲,勿施于人”“恕道”的具体化,与“己欲立而立人,己欲达而达人”合称为“忠恕之道”。“絜矩之道”为当代君子提供了为人处世的方法和途径,需要我们躬行实践,在日常人际交往中去落实。“絜矩之道”还具有普遍意义,可以扩大到不同国家、不同地区、不同文化、不同文明、不同宗教之间如何相处,是人类共同价值观的优先选项之一。How to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of the gentleman culture and cultivate a new gentleman of our time?In the context of"a gentleman has the principle for the application of rules and norms",we can explain how to deal with the world for the new gentleman today.The"principle for the application of rules and norms"is a rule for a gentleman to judge himself and even to judge things,and it is the most important way to govern the country and the world.So it has a far-reaching social significance.This principle is the concretization of Confucius'"Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you"and"the Way of Forgiveness".It provides contemporary gentlemen with methods and approaches for dealing with others in the world,which we need to practice and implement in our daily interpersonal interactions."The principle for the application of rules and norms also has universal significance and can be used to guide different countries,regions,cultures,civilizations and religions to get along with each other,and is one of the priority options of common human values.
