摘　　要：目的:分析内蒙古中西部地区健康人群幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)现症感染情况以及不同地区、年龄、性别的现症感染情况。方法:回顾性收集内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市、包头市、鄂尔多斯市、巴彦淖尔市、乌海市及乌兰察布市尿素呼气试验检测数据,分析H.pylori现症感染情况,及不同年龄、性别人群的H.pylori现症感染率。结果:共收集内蒙古中西部地区97019例尿素呼气实验检测结果,H.pylori总体现症感染率39.74%,呼和浩特市、包头市、鄂尔多斯市、巴彦淖尔市、乌海市及乌兰察布市的现症感染率分别是40.57%、32.49%、42.32%、56.00%、48.01%和36.07%,各市区感染率存在统计学差异。男性、女性人群H.pylori现症感染率分别是41.25%、38.49%,具有统计学差异。不同年龄人群的现状感染率也存在差异性,年龄≤14岁、14~18岁、19~30岁、31~40岁、41~50岁、51~60岁、61~70岁、≥71岁人群H.pylori现症感染率分别为25.24%、26.10%、37.68%、41.37%、41.82%、40.13%、37.53%、38.22%。结论:内蒙古中西部地区H.pylori总体现症感染率是39.74%,男性高于女性,30岁至60岁是感染主要人群,未成年人也具有较高感染率。Objective:To analyze the current infection status of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)in healthy population in central and western areas of Inner Mongolia,and the current infection status of different regions,ages and genders.Methods:The data of urea breath test in Hohhot,Baotou,Ordos,Bayannur,Wuhai and Wulanchabu of Inner Mongolia were collected retrospectively to analyze the infection situation of H.pylori and the infection rate of H.pylori in different age and gender groups.Results:A total of 97019 cases of urea breath test were collected in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia.The overall current infection rate of H.pylori was 39.74%.The current infection rates in Hohhot,Baotou,Ordos,Bayannur,Wuhai and Wulanchabu were 40.57%,32.49%,42.32%,56.00%,48.01%and 36.07%,respectively,and there were statistical differences in the infection rates among different urban areas.The current infection rate of H.pylori in male and female population was 41.25%and 38.49%,respectively,showing statistical difference.The current infection rates of people of different ages were also different.The current infection rates of H.pylori in people aged≤14,14~18,19~30,31~40,41~50,51~60,61~70,and≥71 years old were 25.24%,26.10%,37.68%,41.37%,41.82%,40.13%,37.53%,38.22%,respectively.Conclusion:The overall current infection rate of H.pylori in the central and western areas of Inner Mongolia is 39.74%,the male is higher than the female,the main population aged from 30 to 60 years old is infected,the minor also has a high infection rate.
