摘　　要：目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合胃电起搏治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年2月本院收治的110例FD患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(54例)和观察组(56例)。对照组采用胃电起搏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗后4、8周的负面情绪、胃肠功能、水负荷试验(WLT)结果、胃肠激素水平。结果治疗后4、8周,观察组的HAMD、HAMA、GSRS、LDQ评分及VIP水平低于对照组,水负荷量及SP、MTL水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合胃电起搏治疗FD可改善患者的负面情绪、胃肠功能及胃肠激素水平,提高水负荷量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of flupentixol and melitracen combined with gastric pacing in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 110 patients with FD treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(56 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with gastric pacing,and the observation group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen on the basis of the control group.The negative emotion,gastrointestinal function,water load test(WLT)results and gastrointestinal hormone levels before and 4 and 8 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the HAMD,HAMA,GSRS,LDQ scores and VIP level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the water load,SP and MTL levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen combined with gastric pacing in the treatment of FD can improve the negative emotion,gastrointestinal function and gastrointestinal hormone levels,and increase the water load.
