白内障超声乳化摘除+小梁切除+IOL植入治疗青光眼合并白内障的效果

摘　　要：目的分析白内障超声乳化摘除+小梁切除+人工晶状体(IOL)植入治疗青光眼合并白内障的效果。方法选取88例青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象,将接受白内障超声乳化摘除+小梁切除+IOL植入治疗的患者纳入研究组(44例,46眼),将接受白内障非超声乳化摘除+小梁切除+IOL植入治疗的患者纳入参照组(44例,45眼)。比较两组的临床效果。结果术后1周,两组的视力、眼压均改善,且研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。术后1周,研究组的角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比例、细胞面积变异系数均优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的角膜水肿发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化摘除+小梁切除+IOL植入治疗青光眼合并白内障的效果显著,能够改善患者的视力和眼压,有效保持角膜内皮细胞的功能完整性。Objective To analyze the effect of phacoemulsification+trabeculectomy+intraocular lens(IOL)implantation in the treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods A total of 88 patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract were selected as the research objects.The patients receiving phacoemulsification+trabeculectomy+IOL implantation were included in study group(44 cases,46 eyes),and the patients receiving non phacoemulsification+trabeculectomy+IOL implantation were included in reference group(44 cases,45 eyes).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results One week after operation,the visual acuity and intraocular pressure in the two groups improved,and those in the study group were better than the reference group(P<0.05).One week after operation,the corneal endothelial cell density,hexagonal cell ratio and coefficient of variation of cell area in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of corneal edema in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification+trabeculectomy+IOL implantation in the treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract has significant effect,it can improve the visual acuity and intraocular pressure of patients,and effectively maintain the functional integrity of corneal endothelial cells.
