摘 要:在线同步学习现已逐渐成为主流的远程学习方式之一,为了对在线同步学习系统进行科学、客观的可用性评测,文章首先构建了基于眼动追踪的在线同步学习系统可用性评测模型。随后,文章选取可直接从眼动仪导出数据的4个眼动指标(包括首次注视时间、注视点数量、扫视次数、瞳孔直径)和2个操作指标(包括任务完成时长、鼠标点击次数),用于进行系统界面的定量评价。最后,文章开展了在线同步学习系统的可用性评测实验,验证了可用性评测模型的有效性,并发现任务完成时长、注视点数量、瞳孔直径与可用性评测结果有强相关性。文章的研究旨在提升在线同步学习系统的可用性,有助于推动在线同步学习的进一步深入。Online synchronous learning has gradually become one of the mainstream distance learning methods.In order to conduct a scientific and objective usability evaluation of the online synchronous learning system,this paper firstly constructed a usability evaluation model of an online synchronous learning system based on eye tracking.Subsequently,the paper selected 4 eye movement indicators(including first fixation time,fixation points number,scanning number,pupil diameter)that can be directly exported from the eye tracker,and 2 operation indicators(including task completion time,mouse clicking number),to be used for the quantitative evaluation of the system interface.Finally,the usability evaluation experiment of the online synchronous learning system was carried out in this paper,which verified the effectiveness of the usability evaluation model,and found that there was a strong correlation between the usability evaluation results and task completion time,fixation points number,and pupil diameter.The research of this paper aims at improving the usability of the online synchronous learning system and helping to promote the further in-depth of online synchronous learning.
