摘  要:城乡教师共同体建构是提升乡村教师教学能力,推动城乡义务教育一体化发展的重要举措。公共精神作为维持和繁荣城乡教师共同体的一种内在、持久的精神质态,是城乡教师共同体建构的有机组成部分,也是其应有价值。当前,由于城乡教师、教育管理者、教育专家等公共精神缺失,致使城乡教师共同体建构遭遇诸多困境。消解这一问题,需要从公共精神内蕴的公共理性、公共关怀、公共参与三个方面加以强化和引导,以此保障城乡教师共同体的良序建构。The construction of urban and rural teachers'community is an important measure to improve the teaching ability of rural teachers and promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education.The public spirit,as an inherent and lasting mentality for maintaining and prospering the urban and rural teacher community,is an organic part of the construction of the urban and rural teacher community,and it is also its due value.At present,due to the lack of public spirit such as urban and rural teachers,education managers and education experts,the construction of urban and rural teacher community has encountered many difficulties.To eliminate this problem,it is necessary to strengthen and guide the three aspects of public rationality,public care and public participation contained in the public spirit,so as to guarantee the good order construction of urban and rural teacher community.
