摘　　要：现阶段,“三全育人”在“员”方面,局限于单一的“学院职员”,而忽视了市场、政府、社会(社区)和家庭成员的作用;在“程”方面,局限于单一学院学习阶段,而忽视了学习的终身性、长效性特征;在“方位”方面,局限于学校资源利用,而忽视了学生自身发展的全方位和社会资源的全方位。从供给侧理论角度,重构协同育人大环境,构建“三全育人”新模型,增强职业教育适应性,推动技能型社会建设。At present stage,“members”in the“three-dimensional education”is limited to“college staff”,while ignoring the role of market,government(community),and family members;In terms of“process”,it is limited to learning process during college,and ignores the life-long and long-term characteristics of learning;In terms of“direction”,it is limited to using school resources,while ignoring the full range of students’own development and the full range of social resources.From the perspective of supply-side theory,We should reconstruct the allocation model of education resources,and build a collaborative education environment,building a new model of“three-dimensional education”to enhance the adaptability of vocational education and construction of skill-oriented society.
