摘 要:本研究以“深秋红”、“杂优雄1”、“杂5-13”、“TF2-27”、“TF2-28”和“06”等6个沙棘株系的鲜叶为试验材料,测定总黄酮、茶多酚、咖啡因、蛋白质、脂肪、可溶性糖及维生素E含量,建立指数方程,对6个沙棘株系进行综合评价。结果表明,6个沙棘株系中,总黄酮含量7.88~9.72 mg/g,差异显著;茶多酚含量37.39~152.64μg/g,差异极显著;咖啡因含量16.13~31.65μg/g,差异极显著;蛋白质、脂肪和可溶性糖含量相差不大,其中蛋白质含量在157.80~178.80 mg/g,脂肪含量在54.4~69.8μg/g,可溶性糖含量在18.47~24.07 mg/g,维生素E含量差异较大,在24.39~46.14μg/g。通过指数方程求得E值在0.9937~1.1086,沙棘叶用株系综合品质排列顺序为TF2-27>杂优雄1>杂5-13>TF2-28>深秋红>06。株系TF2-27更适合作为沙棘茶叶用品种。In this study,the fresh leaves of flavonoidssix seabuckthorn strains,such as"Shenqiuhong","Zayouxiong 1","Za5-13","TF2-27","TF2-28"and"06"were used as experimental materials.The contents of total flavonoids,tea polyphenols,caffeine,protein,fat,soluble sugar and vitamin E in the fresh leaves were determined,and the index equation was established to comprehensively evaluate the six Seabuckthorn strains.The results showed that there was significance difference in the total flavone content(7.88-9.72mg/g),extremely significant difference in the tea polyphenol content(37.39-152.64ug/g),extremely significant difference in the caffeine content(16.13-31.65ug/g),and little difference in the content of protein,fat and soluble sugar among the six seabuckthorn strains,including 157.80-178.80 mg/g of protein,54.4-69.8ug/g of fat and 18.47-24.07ug/g of soluble sugar,while the content of vitamin E varied greatly,ranging from 24.39 to 46.14ug/g.The E value obtained by exponential equation is between 0.9937 and 1.1086.The order of comprehensive quality of seabuckthorn leaf strains is TF2-27>Zayouxiong 1>Za5-13>TF2-28>Shenqiuhong>06.To sum up,it is concluded that the strain TF2-27 is more suitable for seabuckthorn tea varieties.
