茶叶种植户参与产业链纵向协作意愿的影响因素分析

摘　　要：本文基于产业链纵向协作理论,在实地调查访问的基础上,运用二元Logistic回归模型分析镇江市茶叶种植户参与产业链紧密纵向协作意愿的影响因素。研究发现:农户年龄、兼业程度、销售收入、种植面积、年限、茶叶价格的稳定性、销售距离、资金以及技术的获得等因素都显著影响茶叶种植户参与紧密纵向协作的意愿。结合研究结果,从政府、企业、监管部门三方提出促进茶叶种植户参与产业链纵向协作的对策建议。Based on the vertical cooperation theory of industrial chain and field investigation and interview,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of tea growers’willingness to participate in the vertical cooperation of industrial chain in Zhenjiang City by using binary Logistic regression model.The results showed that the growers’age,part-time degree,sales income,planting area,years,stability of tea price,sales distance,funds and technology acquisition had significant effects on the willingness of tea growers to participate in close vertical cooperation.Combined with the research results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting tea growers to participate in the vertical cooperation of the industrial chain from the government,enterprises and regulatory departments.
