国内肿瘤放射治疗研究的CNKI数据库文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的了解国内肿瘤放射治疗研究的现状及热点趋势。方法以中国知网(CNKI)数据库的核心期刊为数据源,检索1992-2019年肿瘤放射治疗相关文献,运用Excel和CiteSpace软件从学科、基金、作者和关键词共现等方面进行统计和可视化分析。结果有2 360篇文献纳入研究,研究经历起步阶段、快速发展期和稳定期3个阶段,主要集中在临床医学学科,与计算机和物理等学科均有交叉研究。该领域有6 451位作者参与研究,篇均2.73位作者,于金明、殷蔚伯和余子豪是该领域的高产作者且近期较活跃,作者团队内部及团队之间合作紧密。285种期刊中载文量最多的是中华放射肿瘤学杂志、中国肿瘤临床和肿瘤防治研究杂志,影响因子最高的是中国肿瘤、中华肿瘤杂志和中国肿瘤临床杂志。高产机构是中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学肿瘤研究所、中山大学和复旦大学,机构之间有强弱不等的合作,但团队间合作不够紧密且较分散。该领域先后由经典主题演进为新兴主题,精准化和智能化是当前放射治疗研究的热点。结论我国在该领域虽然起步较晚,但积累了丰富的经验,精准化放射治疗仍是目前研究的热点和难题。Objective To understand the current status and hot trends of domestic tumor radiotherapy research.Methods The core journals of the CNKI database were used as the data source to retrieve the literature related to tumor radiotherapy from 1992 to 2019.Excel and CiteSpace software were used to perform statistical and visual analysis from the co-occurrence of subjects,funds,authors,and keywords.Results There are 2 360 articles included in the research.The research experiences three stages:the initial stage,the rapid development stage and the stable stage,which are mainly concentrated in the clinical medicine disciplines,and are cross-researched with the disciplines of computer and physics.There are 6 451 authors in the field participating in the study,with an average of 2.73 authors.Yu Jin-ming,Yin Wei-bo and Yu Zi-hao are high-yielding authors in the field and had been active recently.The author teams have close cooperation within and between teams.Among the 285 journals,the most published articles are Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology,Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology and Cancer Prevention Research,and the highest IF are Chinese Oncology,Chinese Journal of Oncology and Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology.The high-yield institutions are Peking Union Medical College Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College,Sun Yat-sen University and Fudan University.There are strong and weak cooperation between the institutions,but the cooperation between the teams is not close enough and scattered.This field evolves from a classic theme to an emerging theme,and precision and intelligence are the current hot spots in radiotherapy research.Conclusion Although China started late in this field,it has accumulated rich experience,and precise radiotherapy is still a difficult problem in current research.
