摘　　要：残疾大学生是一个特殊的群体,在“大众创业,万众创新”新时期背景下,赋予了高校特殊教育创新创业教育更多新的要求。面对此类群体,落实“残疾人就业促进‘十三五’实施方案”,地方高校在开展残疾大学生创业教育过程中存在着创业教育课程不完善,创业教育资源缺乏,创业实践平台和相关制度匮乏等困境问题,需要精准把握地方高校残疾大学生创业教育的内涵和现状,应从残疾大学生创新课程内容,残疾人实践平台,残疾大学生心理,师资队伍,创业资金等方面,积极构建地方高校残疾大学生创业教育协同体系,提升残疾大学生创新创业能力和个体幸福感。Disabled college students are a special group.Under the new background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",more new requirements for innovation and entrepreneurship education of special education in colleges and universities are given.In the face of such groups,it is necessary to carry out the“Implementation plan of the 13th-five-year plan for employment promotion of the disabled”.In the local colleges and universities,some problems exit in the process of carrying out entrepreneurship education for the handicapped students:imperfect education courses,relative lack of entrepreneurship education resources,inadequate entrepreneurial practice platform and relevant systems.Those need accurately grasping the connotation and the present situation of local university entrepreneurship education for the handicapped students.The collaborative entrepreneurship education system for disabled college students in local colleges and universities should be actively constructed from the aspects of innovative course content,practice platform,psychology,teaching staff and venture capital of disabled college students,so as to improve their innovation and entrepreneurship ability and individual happiness.
