摘 要:为了研究黄铜合金中铅含量与试验条件对铅析出规律的影响,选择HPb58、H62两种黄铜合金,测定铅含量,并在自来水中分析浸泡时间以及不同温度(22, 40, 60, 80和100℃)条件下的铅析出量。黄铜HPb58中铅含量为3.0%,高于黄铜H62中铅含量10倍,相同条件下黄铜HPb58中铅析出量均高于黄铜H62,说明铅含量高的黄铜铅析出量也高。另外,随着浸泡温度的提高,铅析出量增加。随着浸泡次数的增加,铅析出量逐渐降低。随着浸泡温度的提高,铅析出量增加。In order to study the influence of lead content in brass alloys and to test conditions on the rule of lead release,two brass alloys of HPb58 and H62 were selected to determine the lead content and to analyze the Pb release under different immersion time and temperature conditions(22, 40, 60, 80 and 100 ℃) in tap water. The lead content in brass HPb58 was 3.0%, which was 10 times higher than that in brass H62. Under the same conditions, the amount of Pb release in brass HPb58 was higher than that in brass H62, indicating that the Pb release of brass with high lead content was also higher. In addition, as the number of the time of immersion increased, the amount of Pb release gradually decreased. With the increase of immersion temperature, the amount of Pb release gradually increased.
