摘  要:方格蔟自动采茧机对纸板方格蔟进行采茧时,电磁采摘器需遍历整个方格蔟,由于方格蔟中存在较多的未营茧空格,还有部分黄斑茧等下茧,造成方格蔟采茧机遍历无效路径长、采茧效率低。为了提高方格蔟采茧机的采茧速度和采茧效率,实现采茧机的选择性高效采茧,对基于最大最小蚁群算法的信息素更新方式和状态转移概率函数进行改进并应用于方格蔟采茧机采茧路径优化,使采茧路径和时间更短。试验结果显示,对于不同营茧率的方格蔟,采用改进的最大最小蚁群算法较最大最小蚁群算法的采茧效率均有不同程度上的提高,当营茧率在75%~90%时,采茧路径节约率为3.8%~4.1%,时间节省率为10.0%~12.8%。The electromagnetic picker needs to traverse the whole mountage when the automatic cocoon harvestor works to pick cocoons from the paperboard square frame.Because there are many unencumbered cocoon spaces in the mountage,and some defective cocoons like yellow spotted ones,the mountage cocoon harvestor usually has a long invalid route and low cocoon picking efficiency.In order to improve the speed and efficiency of cocoon picking machine with grid cocooning and realize the selective and efficient picking,the pheromone updating method and the state transition probability function based on the maximum and minimum ant colony algorithm were improved in this study to optimize the picking route of cocoon picking machine with grid cocooning,so as to shorten the picking route and time.The results showed that the cocoon picking efficiency of the improved max-min ant colony algorithm was higher than that of the original one to varying degrees for the grid cocooning with different cocooning rates.When the cocooning rate is 75%-90%,the saving rate of cocoon picking route is 3.8%-4.1%,and the time saving rate is 10.0%-12.8%.
