摘  要:以顶管隧道广泛采用的钢顶管F形承插式接头为研究对象,通过一定的简化假设,建立接头抗弯承载能力的计算模型,推导出接头极限弯矩和转角刚度的计算公式,并与接头试验结果进行对比验证。研究表明,接头在正弯矩作用下的弯矩-转角关系呈现出由线性向非线性发展的特征,连接螺栓对于接头的抗弯承载能力起控制作用,增加连接螺栓的强度和横截面积可以显著提升接头的极限承载弯矩和转动刚度。研究结果可为钢顶管承插接头设计参数的优化提供参考。Taking the F-shaped socket joint of steel pipe jacking widely used in pipe jacking tunnel as the research object,through certain simplified assumptions,the calculation model of bending bearing capacity of the joint is established,and the calculation formulas of ultimate bending moment and corner stiffness of the joint are derived,which are compared with the joint test results.The research shows that the moment rotation relationship of the joint under positive bending moment shows the characteristics of developing from linearity to nonlinearity.The connecting bolt plays a controlling role in the bending capacity of the joint.Increasing the strength and cross-sectional area of the connecting bolt can significantly improve the ultimate bearing moment and rotational stiffness of the joint.The research results can provide reference for the optimization of design parameters of steel pipe jacking socket joint.
