摘　　要：腮腺区复发性多形性腺瘤(recurrent pleomorphic adenoma,RPA)存在一定的恶变几率,但检索国内外文献未见侵犯颧骨的报道。本文报告1例腮腺区复发性多形性腺瘤恶变侵犯颧骨病例,并结合相关文献分析其临床、影像及病理特点,以进一步提高对该病的认识,减少误诊误治。Recurrent pleomorphic adenoma in the parotid region has certain probability of malignant transformation,but until now there is no report of zygomatic invasion in the literatures.This article reported a case of recurrent pleomorphic adenoma in parotid region with malignant transformation and invasion of the zygoma,and analyzed its clinical,imaging and pathological characteristics based on literature review,so as to improve our understanding of this disease and avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
